Mysterious Search Bar

Hey guys, I am having a little trouble getting rid of a certain search bar thats on my toolbar. One day it just installed by itself onto my toolbar and it takes up all the room and it's pissing me off. I was wondering if anyone would know how to make it go away?

Find the name of the search bar, and try add/remove programs. If that doesn't work, take a shot at it with Adaware or Spy Bot Search and Destroy. IF that doesn't help, then it might be time for a reg edit.

Hijack This rather than a regedit, if Spybot and Ad Aware fail.

and after Hijack This - if the bastard keeps reappearing (I wrestled with a self-installing search bar for a week) use CWShredder - it takes care of the CoolWebSearch variants, and nukes the little bits that float around even after Hijack This
