    000000d1 = DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    which generaly indicates a driver problem

    Well it seems to be happening at the same time. Yesterday it shutdown at 06:04 a.m. and today it shut down at 06:09 a.m. But I have nothing scheduled for that time to run. I am pretty sure its Outpost Firewall. I removed Zone Alarm and installed Outpost. I really dont want to reformat. If I can't locate the problem.
