msn messenger help please

I get an error message everytime I try to login to msn messenger. The message says that 'Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close down'.

No ideas really, I would try reinstalling it. You can find the installation file by looking around the MSN site, or by checking Hotmail I think there is a link to get it fro there.
