Msconfig question!

I went on vacation last friday and left my computer alone with a friend. Came back and all kinds of crap is installed in it.
I ran antivirus and all the other stuff but when i opened msconfig, it show this new item that i never seem before(The first one on the list). See attached pic. Any ideas what it could be??

Used in connection with memory dumps - you can disable these by - right clicking on My Computer, selecting Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on the Settings button in 'Startup and Recovery'. In the bottom pane - under 'Write debugging information' - click on the down arrow and then select 'None' - OK your way out

So, does that means my system malfunctioned??? Should i restore it?
