I need some help i need a encoderer that if freeware and can convert Mp3 to Mp3 And Wma to Mp3

You do know that converting between two lossy formats will make the sound even worse.

Do yourself a favor: Use Lame Encoder 3.90.2 and don't re-encode a lossy format to a lossy format (especially mp3-mp3)
