I advise anyone not to convert from one compressed format to another. It will only sound alot worse.

use soundforge or wave lab... they are proffessional sound editing tools... they can do more than what you want but they still convert from one format to another quickly n easily plus u can edit the sounds with effects and compressors and eq's :)
