Motherboard ?

I'm going to buy a AMD K7 Thunderbird/Athlon 1700XP.

I have a choice of two motherboards, Gigabyte GA-7ZXE
or Elite K7S5A ( ram is not an issue )

Can someone please advise

The gigabyte would be a tad easier to overclock if your into that type of thing. but I personally like the K7S5A I have it on one of my other AthlonXP systems and have never had a problem with it =o)
