Monitoring file sharing

is there any software that monitor the file transfering by other ppl( eg. IP address, file description...etc.) and i can easily kick that person or send a message to him/her (something like netsend) ?

Depends how you share your files. If you use a P2P program you can probably see it there. I'm pretty sure there isn't any program that can monitor all your sharing programs.
