I am a bit  of my old seattle bx 440 mobo.

So I wanted to hear from you what do you recommend.
Mobo: ASUS, GIGABYTE, INTEL or MSI?
    Processor: AMD or INTEL?
    Memory: SDRAM or RDRAM?

I want something good but don't exagerate on the price!!!

    I am waiting!!!

sometimes the best motherboard is by reviews
however, ive always gone for ABIT ...
along chosing it, i read the reviews for the 'selection' of boards i may chose from, read customer reports, test reports, benchmarks, and conclusions

only then do i buy boards
you can afford to get a unbranded memory stick, or a cheapy soundcard, but overall, the board is your main skelton of where everything plugs into

Asus board with AMD and DDR-ram is a very good combination. Have a Asus A7A266 board, and never had a problem with XP nor games with it. My brothers PC with an Abit-mobo can't even get XP installed..
Try one of the newer Asus boards and you won't regret. They have excelent support too!
