Hello all. I recently purchased a MotoRazr V3c (S/W ver. .04.08.00RR) thru US Cellular. In a pathetic attempt to run MPT to transfer media to the phone (detecting the phone as a V710m), I succeeded only to have my computer's modem crash (I just restored everything, so its OK). However, after accidentally loading duplicate picture files onto the phone and trying to delete the extra, the phone would not allow the delete, citing the error "File is in use". Suddenly, I was kicked off the pictures menu altogether, and since then, I've not been able to access the picture, video, OR sounds menus at all!! What have I done?? How can I fix it??!!! Please help me!
