You know those advertisements you get through the command prompt, with "net send."

I went to Run>Services.msc and found Messenger. It says it's related to the command prompt messages. If I disable that program, what will happen?

Disable Messenger service and it will take care of that. I haven't been a member long, but I have seen this posted about 10 times. Try searching before you post. You will probably find an answer a LOT quicker because people eventually get tired of typing it out again and again.

Hiding the Recycle Bin

Anyone know how to remove or hide the Recycle bin from the desktop without hiding any others?
