media player

    4 some reason media player doesn't realise when i'm conected 2 the internet so i can't use radio tuner or media guide. i've cheaked the settings + they all seem fine + i've got my web browser set as defalt. it's only recently hapened but i can't think y:confused:

    could be a firewall problem, Ive had a similar problem, my work around was - reboot - enable third party firewall (any will do I use NeoWatch for its simplicity) - connect to the net - then disable firewall (this will open protected ports) - now try to connect with your media player, if it works you can now re-enable your firewall.

    i don't have a firewall except microsoft 1. i got media guide etc 2 work by doin the internet conection wixard,but it still ain't rite
