I've been playing around in PHP, and with a combination of dynamically created images plus a creative mind, this came out *points to sig*. The things that are dynamic:
Winamp song tracker
Location
Glaanieboy @ <logo>
Member/mod/site admin (directly below the Glaanieboy @ <logo> ).
Winamp song tracker and Location are the same for every site I come regularly (Spammers Paradise, NTFS, X-Istence.com, www.gboyforums.tk), but the image and title changes for every site. On NTFS there's a NTFS logo, Spammers has a SP.com logo etc.

well there are a few different ways to acheive the effect. Attached you will find an image. Save it to your HD and in PS open the image and then click 'Edit' > click 'Define Pattern'... now it will be loaded into you patterns and can be accessed when you make a pic and double click on the a layer you will get the advanced effects and not check under pattern overlay and voila you now can do scanlines. The other way is to use a program called Xenoflex it also does scnalines and can distort the image. I prefer the latter.
