Its just samurize, I modified some of the graphics from the Trillian skin to use for it.

Here's my new one for March. I worked a long time last night on a new Samurize config... figured it was time for a change.
Visual Style: Azure
Wallpaper: Wave Abortion
Explorer Icons: Snow.E2

Samurize Config: latest version using WeatherXML 1.4
