Seems a major backbone of the net Verio is having high latency issues and is causing alot of problems getting to websites. AOL Netscape among others. For more info people can look at this Internet Health Report
 
Heh, most of my online servers are from Verio... my dedicated which runs is mdsalih.com is from them too... doesn't seem to be slow or anything though...
