mac menu bar for windows?

i dont know if im in the right room but i thought that my question is about mac
sometimes last year i remember getting a mac menu bar for windows but i forgot where i got it from, and now that i got flyakite transformation pack it'll be cool if i get that menu bar again, can anyone point out a good one for windows ??

The Finder bar on top, or the dock?

Docks:
ObjectDock or MobyDock. Y'z Dock is no longer in development and is illegal to distribute.

no not the dock i have those, i have aqua dock and y'z dock, sorry for the confusion :S, no but i was talking about the macs menu on top the one with the file, edi, the clock the apple icon etc... i remember dl it once like months before the summer but i forgot what is' called i lost it
