The theme is intended for Media / Tablet Edition's. But with that guide you can use it on XP Home and Professional.

dont need a guide, just download it from softpedia, comes with an installer and installs and works right away cuz its from microsoft so you dont even need to patch any theme files, and im using it right now cuz its one of my favorites

Isn't the only way to download the Longhorn Transformation Pack?
Anyhow, this might make you feel a bit safer - downloading an .exe file from Microsoft and then doing it yourself.
