Logonui Help

I have a relatively simple problem....I am just trying to change my logon screen, however, when I try to replace logonui with the new one, windows automatically deletes the new one and puts the default logonui back...very strange. If any one has any insight into this I would very much appreciate some help...thanks.

What program are you using for this? Or are you doing it manually.

I have tried it manually and using logon loader...using the latter, the program seems to work ok (no error messages or anything) but the default logonui file is never replaced.
