Login failure: user account restriction

Hello,

I am trying to access my desktop ( \\lieb ) but when I type \\lieb in the run box I get the message:

\\Lieb is not acessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the Administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Logon Failure: user account restrictions. Possible reasons are blank passwords are not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

I know that the Local Security Settings (policy file) has been messed around on \\lieb.

Does anyone know what setting within the policy file controls this, and gives me this message?

Edit: The same message appears when I try to access this computer from the computer \\lieb. Whats going on?

Found out the problem. On both computers there are no passwords to login, and the user names are both daniel. when the 2 try to connect they send the username daniel with no password first, before asking me anything and than the computer says, yes, that is a right account, but no password. you need to have a password to access network drives. so is there a fix?
