Linux in XP Boot Loader

I remember seeing this ages ago, but I cant seem to find it in the search.

How can I edit the XP boot.ini file so that it will give me the choice to boot either XP or linux.

I remembed how to do this a long time ago, I've got it working now.... check www.linuxnewbie.org out and search for a post related to that... if not make your own topic there... They do a great job helping users out.
