Limit Nework Speed

Hey,
IS there someway i can limit network speed through a router. My brother downloads songs on his computers. I would like to limit his ip adress to like 50 kbs a second. I want to do this threw my router and pc if there is some software. Please help

if your routher supports throttling yes if no then your out of luck.

If the connection to your brother passes through you, you can use netlimiter.Or you can use it to your brothers pc and putting a password not to have access to it.Netlimiter has the ability to limit the bandwidth either to spesific programs when they start or in general.Also it has a timeswitch to limit or not at spesicif time and days.
