Found out today, I will be leaving for France on Thursday for 4 days. on a work assignment for compuware. Myself and two people from our Java department to help out a customer having issues. Not really the Country I care to vist:rolleyes: but...it should be an experience. I'll def take pics and post some up when I get back...

hahaha! yeah right. My Dad went to England several times to work on a system for somebody. Never saw the light of day, only his hotel room and the drive through London at night. Here is to hoping you have a better trip than he did.

I was just kidding :p My dad travels around all the time and usually has no time to actually do some "sight seeing". So I know people actually have to work ;P

most companies have a vacation in conjunction with work policy...

Mine included... so, if I had wanted to take vacation when I flew through London to get to Iraq, then I could have taken time off and done some sight seeing because it has little to NO changes on expense for the airline tickets...

Kind of cool if you ever wanted to see a place you would never go on your own...

That's a cool idea. Guess you would have to pay the extra hotel bills tho.

Have fun on your trip, you better post news while you are there :smoker:

sorry to hijack...

When visiting any place a long way from home, one of the most expensive single items is the plane ticket itself...

I end up payiong more for a hotel room right here in my own toen than I do when I goto most other places... I dont need a posh living environment, just a place to lie my head down to sleep...

PICS PLEASE then you get back!

France can be fun, if you make it fun. My dad gets to go sightseeing when he is on the job, because sometimes there is time in between meetings (24 hours, or more conveniently scheduled in :p) or because of outings with other doctors and or people he works with.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
