keyboard question

    i know this is trivial ,but could someone tell me how i can make the punctuation mark on the attached fileFile

    Go start-->run-->type "charmap" (w/o quotes, of course). You'll see it in there under the "Times New Roman" font. Not all fonts have that mark, but I know Times New Roman does.
