Kazaa Question

    Why is it that the fastest I have ever seen Kazaa download is at ~25K/s and most go ~1K/s? When using WinMX I average ~50K/s.

    sounds like your full of spyware...I average 80k on kazaalite and like 300 on websites.

    eh anyone who expects a program that gives them free stuff for nothing has to know there is spyware in it :p As for your kazaa download speeds..it just depends on who has the files you want and how many simul connections your getting.

    Personally i got no probs with mu download speed... i go around 90k - 120k depending of the number of sources. What can jam your d/l speed, especially when you have ADSL like me, is when you have multiple upload from your computer... Maybe you could limit the number of allowed upload...

    try using edonkey it's better and you can linit the uplaod speed manualy

    you can limit upload speed on Kazaa too. Just go to Tools> Options> Advanced and you can enter the amount of bandwith given to downloads.
