If you look at my current system settings at my sig, do you think that i can run Matrix Reloaded (or Enter the matrix) (forgot the title)
in a good fps at low settings?

Well, if you could, it would not run well at all, the minimum spec is apparently:
Pentium 3 or AMD Athlon or Duron 800 MHz computer
Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, or XP
128MB of RAM
4.3 GB of hard drive space
A 4X CD-ROM drive
A 32MB NVidia GeForce 256 or ATI Radeon 8500*
A Windows-compatible sound card*

And that is apparently bare minimum spec and performance "may suffer under some conditions".
I'd save up and buy a PS2 or something if I were you mate

it should run, but at a very low framerate, under 10fps i would say

runs very smoothly on my system which is also well above the requirements and recommeded spec
