THAT setup IS ELITE! I love it...totally my style! Could u do me a favour? Could u tell what apps you are using to get that toolbar, calender and todo list? Also....where did u get that background from?!

So the theme I'm using is a black color-mod of Microsoft's Energy Blue (Royale) style. You can download that here:

The calendar, todo list (syncs with Outlook) and weather widget are part of the Yahoo! Widget Engine (previously called Konfabulator). Download that here:
http://widgets.yahoo.com/

The background, if I remember correctly, was included in Vista Build 5231. I dug around a little and found that it's been posted here as well:

That should be all you need.

Either, StyleXP or th uxtheme.dll patch. StyleXP is a third party application whereas the .dll patch works, doesnt use up any extra resources but isnt endorsed nor approved by Microsoft.

Yeah, I'd suggest using the Neowin UXtheme patcher that Sean linked to above.
Just run it, reboot the machine when prompted to do so, then double-click the visual style file you downloaded to apply it.

My earlier desktop looked almost exactly like that, except I was using the original Energy Blue theme rather than the mod.
That was right after I built the x64 box and installed Windows, so I hadn't even patched uxtheme yet.
