Is this bad?

I have a d-link 704p and on the log file it says:

11/11/2002 11:29:15 PM Unrecognized access from xx.xxx.xx.xxx:xxxx to TCP port xxxx

And a lot more lines like this.

Does it mean that the firewall works or does it mean that it doesnt?

The ports are 2515 and 4662.
