Q3 runs amazing - I never realised how much easier the game is at 125fps... against most people's thinking you dont need more than 60fps, 125fps makes a HUGE difference... especially as I used to cap at 76. I run with vsync off, and it runs really smooth with no image tearing (I've always had good luck with vsync off).
Well, I've downloaded the 44.67 driver set which is raved about in the nvidia driver thread and I'm gonna try them tonight - I'll post back with my results lol
