    Is this worth it?
    http://www.compuvest.us/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=66537&CategoryCode=CPU_AMDX
    its a 2.2GHz AMD Athlon XP 3200+ 400MHz 512K Socket-A AXDA3200DKV4E
and its only $140 after shipping (Also has 14 days functional warranty). I know its oem but is long as it works i will be happy cause i'm buying a heatsink/fan anyways. So is this a trustable site and is this a good deal casue normaly just the oem runs $200 after shipping so it seems like a good dea. I can order this ASAP so it would be very helpful to know. Thanks all.

Buy a Mobile Athlon XP 2600 and overclock it. That'll save you about $50-$60.
And you'll get better speeds at cooler temps. I had my Athlon XP Mobile at 2.4ghz 400FSB at only 37c idle. And that was using a nice quiet Zalman cooler. I could have pushed that thing up to 2.5 or 2.6 even if I wanted.
