not unless you solder the ati tv-tuner onto the gf4ti card and then find a way to link the traces and make it somehow compatible..
I think nvidia has its own tv tuner card that comes as an add-on (ie a pci slot is used.. pci tv-tuner thnger) and that may come with a remote.. not to privy with that info..
