Invincible file -- can't delete it!

There is a file on my computer, an mp3 I downloaded, that isn't an mp3. It says it's an mp3 but it won't play, and I discovered that when I select the file and press delete on the keyboard, the cursor blinks but nothing happens. There are no right click context menus available for it. When I try to delete the folder it says 'Contains items whose name is too long for the recycle bin, do you want to permanently delete it?' and I say yes, and it says 'Cannot delete, access is denied.'
I am administrator, I do not know how to get rid of this file. Deleting in safe mode does not work. MoveOnBoot doesn't work. I don't know what it is or what else to do!

Have you tried checking your drive for errors?

File corruption can cause this issue.

Could try Unlocker then delete the file.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
