Internet Problem II

Help wanted.
I have a XP Pro box recently reinstalled from scratch. Two users accounts, Mine (admin rights) and Wife (user rights).
When logged with my wife account, IE acts strangely.
If i type a url without http://, nothing happens, for exemple www.microsoft.com. But if i put http://www.microsoft.com there he goes. But this thing does not work for all urls.
If its a url with a page like ..../index.html, allways works.
Yestesday i changed her rights to Admin (dangerous!) and it did not solve the problem. With my account everything works fine!

Help would be very appreciated, Thanks

Config: Win XP Pro, 512Mb RAM, Celeron 800, plenty of disk space, modem 56K, dial-up.

Hi Zedric,

I've created 3 accounts, a user, power user and administrator.
No good.
And i've reset internet settings, and nothing new.

Only my account works normaly!

Please i need more hints! She is my wife, an i have to live with her complaints!
