Internet Explorer Too Small when started

Whenever I start IE, the browser launches to only about 9/10's of the screen. In other words, I can still see the desktop on 1/10 of the bottom of the screen after I start it. I cant see the progess bar until I maximize it. Anyone know how to make it launch full screen every time?

Right click the IE icon on the Quicklaunch toolbar, choose Properties/ Shortcut tab and in the Run field choose Maximised from the dropdown list.
