Internet Explorer Problems

I have recently re-built this machine because one of my hard drives was in 2 partitions so I made it one.

Now I installed sp1 and all the updates installed all my drivers and patches ect etc....

I set up my network, internet and games of course, Defragged then went on the net,

The net wos ok at first then after I had surfed a few pages it started to stop working all together or be really slow.

Firewall is off, ICS enabled.

Any ideas?

My History is set to 0 days and cookies are 1mb,

i got that problem right now wat isp you got cuz im on btopenworld dial up and it is crap at the mo
