Internet Explorer Problem

Whenever i had a addtarget link on any website...it wont open the link....just a blank page...so in other word..a link that is suppose to open in a new browser doesnt show up period...neither do pop up javascript window's....

can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I have XP Professional..i dont know why it says Home..not sure how to change that.

That's just your "forum" status...

I think that the more posts you get, you get upgraded to "XP Professional."

and if you're special, you get unique tags like Da Boss, Electronic Guru and of course Waddy, who is GOD

K...i wasnt sure..some boards let you put your custom names under there...lol...

anyway....can anyone please help me with my actual question????
