I am stuck on dial-up for at least 6 more months :(

Has anybody ever used one of the internet answering machine services (like callwave, etc..)?? I don't want to pay for an extra phone line for 6 months.

Any ideas or thought would be greatly appreciated!!! :D

my friend uses I think thats it...and it seems to work great for him, the app pops up the phone number of who is calling in the upper left corner and then you can hear the message through the speakers if your still browsing and it records it too...I'd use it if I didn't have cable modem ;)
