Superb customer service...very impressive!! My VisionMaster Pro 454 monitor came to an end on Tuesday....with a load and slightly frightening 'pop!'...today (Friday) I have a newly replaced one and the other is in the monitor graveyard! Really very impressed. All i had to do was ring up, tell them the serial number and when i bought it and that was it. So, if anyone here is considering getting a new monitor do not have any hesitations going with IIYAMA. ...just wanted to say.
