IE Default Starting Page

HHHEEELLL PPPPP !!!!

Everytime I start IE6 a window pops up with this msg.
" Cannot find 'file:///C:/WINDOWS/System32/ms7531.html'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct. "

I tried going to the Tools and clicked on Current Page but next time I start IE6 again, the same window pops up.

What should I do to remove this?

where could i find it, the target / start in ...???
i used my keyboard shortcut to launch the browser, is this the culprit? before there was no problem, i just dont know why this pop up window shows up.

Right click the shortcut icon u assigned the keyboard shortcut to.
Go to the "Shortcut" tab.

Target should be:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"

"Start in" should be:
%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%
