Where can I get Gnome XP and is there a shell32.dll made with this type of icons?

While im at this, does anybody know how to make your own shell32.dll?

I think that all you have to do is just replace the icons in shell32.dll but it takes a loooooong time.

As for the Gnome shell32.dll, I think I have one somewhere, Ill post later if I do.
