icons changed, tweakui didnt repair ?

I got a small problem, after installing alcohol120% my winrar icons changed to alcohol 120% icons, i tried restoring via tweakui and reinstalling winrar, it aint worked. i uninstalled alcohol120% now and there still there, after another winrar install, tweakui aint helped, and the destrucions for removing shellicon cashe failed, as i cant unhide, or find it. any ideas ?

it's fixed itself after 3 reboots

you can change icons of filetypes in...
Control Panel->Folder Options->File Types Tab->Select Filetype->Advanced->Change Icon

lather...rinse...repeat
