icon wont go away

when i right click there is no delete function. is there a way i could delete it, the program (icon) is called pagis (pagis inbox what the defulat name of it is) its a scanning software. i want to take it off. ANYONE Know how to?

What happens when you highlight it & hit delete?

right click > delete = NO doesnt work

highlight and hit delete key = NO doesnt work

Boot up in safe mode and delete that bad boy.....

okai, ill try to maintain my knowlegde of my other post to do it with this icon, the problem with this icon is that it has no delete feature.
