IBM drops Microsoft OS for Linux!

If the original subject pertained to IBM shifting to Linux on the Desktop, then I know from the last three years where I worked in a "Windows only" shop as Network Engineer in Engineering Dept (liked the network tools). I saw few insurmountable problems with exception of MS Visio documrnts and even some added perks (no virus infestation downtime). I was using SuSE 9.1-9.3. Evolution and OpenOffice (the later being better after 1.3) even MS Active Directory was not an issue. From my experience it should not be too hard for the IBM users especially if their IT area is actually helping with the migration.

What I do not understand is the void of IBM legacy applications into the SNA world easily found through their website.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
