I have another problem!

thanks for the offer - but I don't see how running a .bat file (whatever that is) is going to help me trying to create a "homemade XP-cd'.

Sorry if I am missing your point and sorry again for not understanding what you are saying!:confused:
 
What I meant was that I understand the command line so I could put the winnt32.exe /s:[path] into a batch file so you could try that.
 
oh and one thing you might not be aware of, the command line in XP is not DOS, its just a command line, and all XP programs can be run from the command line.
 
hi damnyank soz i aint bin around been a bit busy im all out of ideas i trawled through inf files what handles winnt32 has open registry keys it opens and dlls it uses and im at odds to what can resolve it:( maybe someone else has got an idea
