Yes they do, the Nipponese also eat em. What they do is stick em in a bucket of ice water, then to make sure that the muscles don't go hard is let em cool down a little then *wham* kill em by plunging a very sharp knife in the fleshy parts.

Watch the family pets around the Chinese resturants however. And beings you have a cat saz, you might not want to read this...

Where I grew up in New Jersey, there was one Chinese resturant that got caught slipping cat meat in the dishes. They didn't tell the customers they were doing this either. I don't think they remained in business too long after they were found out however...the local reaction being one of disgust.

I have heard the French also consider cow brains to be a delacacy...
