    Microsoft Q316527

Action 7. says "click to the left of the opening quotation mark".

In my Open box there are no quotation marks!

Can anybody tell me where to type Regsvr32? I am only guessing that it should be put before C: but I am unwilling to chance this.

    Many Thanks,

    Paul C.

Ack, very clumsily written instructions Mircosoft - probably written by a tech in a hurry, it took me a minute to work out what they meant myself :)

Basically what it is saying you need to do is to make sure the .dll is registered and loaded into the system - the whole browse and open bit is a way of making sure it selects the right file and directory.

In laymans terms, its easier to do what it suggests by using this method

    1. Select Start and then Run.

    2. type into the box:

    regsvr32 "C:\windows\System32\Urlmon.dll"

    3. Press Return.

That will do the same thing as suggested in Microsofts article. If for some reason the .dll doesn't register, try remove the ""s
