How To Stop creating new instance of IE Toolbar on new Tab in IE7

Hello
I have created a toolbar for IE7. When a new tab is opened then IE create a new instance for the toolbar.
Its take much memory and also effect the functionality of toolbar. Like if theme is changed of toolbar on one tab then it is not reflected on others tab due to new instance.
How can i get only one instance of my toolbar while opening new tab.

It takes more memory?

It's a feature that allows for you to navigate the tabs easily. Not sure how to turn it off personally
