How to read HTML emails in .txt in thunderbird?

I am new to Thunderbird.It seems Thunderbird is the best Mail Client I had been use.Just want to know how to do some settings liike OE could do.
For example:
How to read HTML emails in .txt in thunderbird?
How to creat a rule?
How to disable the attachment?

1. View -> Message body as -> plain text or simple html

Do you mean ChatZilla on FireBird?
You can get it (for firebird or the mozilla suite) from here.. http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info.php/chatzilla give the install link a click and then use it via one of these methods:

2)Or load chatzilla from a command line;
