How to limit the cache memory in windows xp

    is there a way to limit the maximum cache memory used in windows xp sp1?

    What exactly do you mean by cache memory? Are you refering to the pagefile/swapfile/virtual memory?

    the phisical memory used to cache files

    If so, it has no effect on XP.
