how to format a 100gb external hdd to fat32

I would like to ask some help from you guys..
I have an apacer cd211 for my psp w/100gb hdd but i dont know how to partition and format it to fat system.The manual says that it should be formmated in fat system.Thanks....

connect it to a computer, let it show up in my computer, right click on it and click format, and choose what u want

that wont format it to fat32 though.

You'll need a little utility called ranish partition manager and a dos boot floppy
