How to enable "Address Bar Search"?

hi. there was a program like star search that installed itself in my computer and everytime i search, this program does the searching and i was able to unistall it but my 'address bar' does not work anymore. everytime i use it or type the search word on it, it directs me to a blank page. how can i enable it again? thanks.

Anything that installs on your computer and is crap, try using Spybot Search and Destroy to get rid of it. It usually works for me!
